This Privacy Policy describes how GetOrder collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Telegram Data: We collect your Telegram User ID, username, and first/last name to authenticate you and provide service access.
• Order Data: We process messages, voice notes, and images (such as receipts) that you send to the bot to create structured records.
• Cookies & Analytics: We use local storage for essential features and Google Analytics for website traffic (only if you consent via our cookie banner).

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your data strictly to provide, maintain, and improve our services. Audio and image files are processed through secure APIs to extract inventory and order data.

3. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

• AI Processing (OpenAI): We use AI APIs to process your data. Your data is explicitly NOT used to train generalized AI models.
• Payments (Stripe): All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details or payment credentials.

4. DATA RETENTION & RIGHTS

We retain your data while your account is active to provide you with history and analytics. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data.

5. GOOGLE SIGN-IN

When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile picture to authenticate your account and provide access to GetOrder services.

6. GOOGLE API SERVICES

GetOrder's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We strictly use this data to provide our core order management features and do not use it to train generalized AI models.
