1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Telegram Data: We collect your Telegram User ID, username, and first/last name to authenticate you.
- Order Data: We process messages, voice notes, and images (such as receipts) that you send to the bot.
- Cookies & Analytics: We use local storage for essential features and Google Analytics for website traffic (only if you consent).
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your data strictly to provide and improve our services. Audio and image files are processed to extract inventory and order data.
3. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
- AI Processing (OpenAI): We use AI APIs to process data. Your data is explicitly NOT used to train their models.
- Payments (Stripe): All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
4. DATA RETENTION & RIGHTS
We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data.
5. GOOGLE SIGN-IN
When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile picture to authenticate your account and provide access to GetOrder services.
6. GOOGLE API SERVICES
GetOrder's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We strictly use this data to provide our core order management features and do not use it to train generalized AI models.
