This application is developed to help you (as a business owner) efficiently manage orders from multiplatform in an organized manner. By using GetOrder app from the DITUMBAS Network, you agree to the following terms & conditions.
User Security
To ensure the safety and security of user accounts, the application utilizes a token-based authentication system. Tokens are valid for one month. After this period, users will automatically be logout of the application and will need to login again to continue using the application.
Account Types & Active Period
GetOrder offers three types of account with different active periods:
- FREEMIUM User – Free and valid for a lifetime.
- PREMIUM User – Paid and valid as long as your subscription remains active from the payment date.
- PLATINUM User – Similar to the PREMIUM User.
If a PREMIUM or PLATINUM User subscription is not renewed, the account will automatically revert to a FREEMIUM User.
User Rights
- FREEMIUM User – Access to basic features at no cost.
- PREMIUM User – Full access to all features with default reports during the active period.
- PLATINUM User – Includes all PREMIUM User features + custom reports.
Payment Methods
Payment for PREMIUM or PLATINUM User can be made using the following methods:
- PayPal (supports debit / credit cards without requiring a paypal account)
- VISA – MasterCard – American Express – Discover
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Payments for PREMIUM or PLATINUM User are final and non-refundable.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
These terms & conditions may be updated periodically. If changes are made, you will be notified by an update to this page. Continued use of the application indicates your acceptance of any modifications.
